Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, millions of visitors have crossed its threshold. Some in order to meet the history, others to feel part of the local Transylvanian myths, superstitions and beliefs, coming from the darkness of time. They either came in organized groups, either alone, either to attend a public event or to create their own love, joy or fairy-tale into the Castle.
The Tea House, nowadays a fresh and cozy building, still preserves its princely refinement of the past and it welcomes its guests into a space designed to add some more to the unique, unforgettable feeling of a perfect day at the Castle.
Once water tank of the military fortress, then a well, then an electric elevator meant to improve the living conditions of the Royal Family at the Castle, the Tunnel of Time turns itself into a means of escaping into a fantastic world, through a multi-media show unlike anything else in Europe.
Admission is free for disabled persons and for institutionalized persons.
Seniors admission is valid for people over 65 years and it requires ID display.
Students and pupils require to display their StudentID.
The amateur photo / video pass are both included in the basic ticket.
The audio guide is available in romanian, english, french, german, italian, spanish, russian and hungarian.
Children under the age of 7 are admitted free of charge.
