Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, millions of visitors have crossed its threshold. They either came in organized groups, either alone, either to attend a public event or to create their own stories here at the Castle, enjoying a private event.
Bran Castle’s 640 years of history and complex architecture required a permanent, careful and thorough development process. Therefore, the many restoration projects that led to a significant increase in the range of services offered to those visiting Transylvania, such as the two new attractions represented by the Time Tunnel and the Castle’s Restaurant.
Once water tank of the medieval fortress, later turned into a well and then into an electric elevator meant to improve the Royal Family’s living conditions, the Time Tunnel offers an escape path towards a fantastic world, through a multimedia show which is unique in Europe.
The Castle’s Restaurant, open in Queen Marie’s Tea House, preserves the noble refinement of the past and it welcomes its guests into a place meant to add some more to the unique, unforgettable feeling of a perfect day at the Castle.
